Rommel was territorial and weary of strangers on the property but loved visitors he knew and would run around looking for his giant kiwi teddy bear to greet people with at the door. Rommel loved hanging out with Ishka, and would follow her everywhere.

If not hanging with Ishka an empty plastic drink bottle can entertain him for the better part of an afternoon. Sometimes I would come home and find him waltzing around the house with my underwear around his neck.
